In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ze777 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ze777. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. ze777 may, at its sole discretion, merge or close duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current. ze777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate registration details.

3.4 Verification

ze777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may require Players to submit identity documents (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or upon any reasonable request. Failure to complete the verification process within the timeframe stipulated by ze777 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any bets on ze777. ze777 makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible from any particular location outside Bangladesh.

4.1 Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ze777 support immediately via the in-platform live chat.

4.2 Account Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ze777 does not offer multi-currency accounts.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. ze777 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive Account balances after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity may be closed without further notice.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the ze777 support team via in-platform live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered payment method. Bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ze777 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at ze777's discretion and without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within seconds of payment confirmation. ze777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ze777 support following identity verification. ze777 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual transfer times depend on the payment provider involved.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

ze777 reserves the right to require completion of identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals of balances that include bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met. ze777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or payment methods not registered to the Account holder.

5.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit that is subsequently reversed, charged back, or reported as fraudulent by the issuing payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of the associated Account and the forfeiture of any winnings generated from the deposited funds. ze777 reserves the right to pursue recovery of fraudulently deposited amounts through any legal means available.

5.6 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on ze777 are conducted exclusively in BDT. ze777 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by international card issuers or payment intermediaries where applicable.

From time to time, ze777 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible Players. The following conditions apply to all such offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only once unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount credited, not on net winnings.
• Where a Player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, bets will be deducted from the real-money balance first, unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular game or promotion.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, will be forfeited and the Account may be suspended.

• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted amount while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games available on ze777 are governed by the rules published by the relevant Game Provider and made available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood its rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface and these Terms, the individual game rules take precedence for the specific game in question.

All bets placed on ze777 are final once confirmed. ze777 does not permit the cancellation of a bet after confirmation except where the relevant game or market rules explicitly provide for it. In the case of a sports betting market, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules of the relevant market at the time the market closes.

ze777 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any circumstance beyond ze777's reasonable control that materially affects the integrity of a game or market outcome. In such circumstances, no additional compensation will be payable beyond the return of the original stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ze777 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one Account on ze777, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform staff.
• Money laundering or using ze777 for any activity that constitutes financial crime under applicable law.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or the reversal of legitimate deposits.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or other Players' experience.

All content on the ze777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game titles, and interface designs, is the property of ze777 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ze777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or third-party network outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ze777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. ze777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. In the event that ze777 closes an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) that has been verified will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding investigations.

ze777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ze777 will notify registered Players via the email address on file no less than 7 days before the change takes effect, or will display a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of ze777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising between you and ze777, you agree to first contact the ze777 support team to seek informal resolution. ze777 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for final resolution. ze777 does not waive any rights it may have under applicable law by reason of any informal resolution process.
